Provide the functionality to create dropdown lists in the review template where employees can select an option from a set list instead of only having a free text field.

    Agree 100%. Free text is challenging for us to analyse for the learning needs.

    Introducing a drop-down feature in the Item Title is a great idea. This would simplify analysing the data by filtering by the Item title. For example, we have a section type called Values. It would be great if staff could select from an organisational value from a drop-down feature. Currently staff are entering comments in the Title AND Comments boxes making it challenging to identify which values staff are working on.
