More Communication and involvment options for HR in Performance

An option in the Performance Review for Leaders to send an email to HR. This could be used as an alert when an additional review or support is needed before proceeding.

Options within the review process to set up communication/alerts for the HR advisor the same way you can set up triggers / alerts for Employees and Managers.

Adding HR representatives within the organisational hierarchy as a HR Representative to Groups/Business Units to allow reporting and all these other features to work.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To have HR notified when neccessary during a Performance Review within the system to that they can complete a review or support managers as needed.
