Can you please add a keyword search field, so that when we are screening CVs that have applied to a specific job, we can just surface CVs with that keyword? Often we get 800 applications for roles, but we only want to see about 20 of them that have the specific systems/ experience we are after. We shouldn't have to wade through 800 applications, when a keyword search would narrow it down to 20.

Screening CVs. We screen high volumes and often only want to see the CVs with specific keywords like "Databricks" or "DBT" etc. |
Existing functionality - check with PageUp - List view and Card view have a key word search
