To have the 1-up level manager name update on the performance review based on the position hierarchy. We have many cases where the direct manager doesn't change but the 1-up level manager updates on position hierarchy but doesn't require the direct manager to take ownership of the review because they aren't changing. This causes manual updates and doesn't allow the 1-up level manager access to view the reviews.
