allow Clients access to the copy of application form template

I would add in the additional info about the job - ideally also including the Contact officer details

What business value are you trying to achieve?

have some sort of idea which application form has been sent and about which job

currently in comes in just as a copy for your records with NO JOB details about which application it actually refers to

      Hi Adam - I can't reach the template being used for this function

      The applicant can trigger an email to send themselves a copy of their application

      View application - Email application

      It is not tracked in Application history - so that does not help identifying which application they are talking about

      It looks like the only customisation provided is the sending address and the signature block/name of applicant

      Can this become a system template we can access?

      I really want to know which job number they are talking about

      possibly include contact Officer details if they want to follow anything up

      Hi Mark, HI am having trouble understanding what you are trying to achieve with this idea. Can you please provide further information on this? What area of the system are you copying the application form template?
