When clicking "Applicant Name" & on each of the "Documents" could they open as a a new window each that could move around on to other desktop screens. This is often required when speaking to a candidate over the phone while doing a phone interview.
In the example attached we could have 5 separate windows open at one time while chatting with the candidate.

Hi Margot,
If you middle mouse click the links, they will open on a new tab (or open in a new window if your browser is configured that way)
You can also right click and select open in new window
Are either of those methods able to help you with what you are trying to achieve?
