Performance - Development Plan Learning Activities Removal Permission

If they do not have permission, do not grant the additional permission inside the other module. Remove access to remove mandatory courses in the development plan within a performance plan.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Not allowing review managers to remove mandatory learning activities during the performance review process that were assigned with the Learning Assignment Role. This can cause compliance issues.
