Am looking at a way to send automated communication templates to a third party that is not a user in the PU system. Was hoping to do it via status change but the functionality is not available. Most communication does not allow me to input an email address which will be useful.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
I am trying to send notifications out to a third party provider as part of pre employment checks but I cant automate it as part of applicant status change. |

interim solution - not ideal but consider a report that would send applicant details to a nominated address e.g. applicants in a specific status - preferably based on date moved to that status
