Remove notify supervisor language from Employee sign-off step

PageUp performance gives the option to turn off notifications/emails. Our organization utilizes this option. However, the employee sign off step includes the option to 'notify supervisor after you approve.' If the box is checked, 'An email has been sent to supervisor' appears even though no email was sent. In order to be consistent, we would appreciate the ability to remove that language from the review process.
