When creating an Application Status, you can select what Job Status you would like applied. However this is not automatic. When selecting the Application Status from a candidate's profile, the question is asked as to whether you want the Job Status actioned - this question is at the bottom of the page, not clearly identified by the Recruiter and often missed (which skews our reporting).
When building the Application Status, can we have the option to select yes or no to the Job Status being applied automatically? Or alternatively, when moving the Application Status, can the question for moving the job status be more clearly identified - different colour or larger font/bolded.
