Make the check box for "Hidden Job" a permission-able field

Make the Hidden Job check box on the jobs posting tab a field that can be managed in permission groups. In our scenario, we would make it read-only for hiring managers and editable by our HR team only.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We would like the box for a "hidden job" to only be checked once the proper waiver procedures have been completed, ideally selected by a member of the HR team
