Thank you for your request. We're currently using Zendesk's simplified email threading in the Support ticketing. This is a deliberate choice, but we're open to changing it if we get enough interest from all our customers.
If you'd like our assistance in drafting up comments for your stakeholders who can't access the tickets, the Support team can help you with this as well.
Just reply back with the request and the Support analyst can help clarify the call to action.
For the time being, we'll leave this idea on the wall to gather votes from other customers.
