Select A Job Template Screen - Template Field Too Small

Item #3 Template is not large enough to display some of our long position titles, causing the name to be truncated. This is a problem for our Hiring Managers who cannot see the entire name.

It would be wonderful if that field could be wider so that the entire description is displayed.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Make it easier for Hiring Managers to find the correct Job Template for their position.
