We have candidates who upload documents on both their Application Form AND the form on their Careers Portal Profile (when pre-employment stage is actioned). We would like to be able to select a candidate's documents individually, from either form, to compile and send. Would be great if a full list of individual documents uploaded was available on a candidate's profile to select/tick, compile and send as 1 document.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Greater flexibility with selecting which documents for a candidate we want to compile and send. Currently the system only allows documents uploaded to the application form (not what they upload to their profile on their careers page portal) and the system automatically groups multiple document types. We want more flexibility to pick and choose which documents we want to compile and send. |
