Create a permission for the "Support Portal" link so that specific permission groups can be given access to the link as needed.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We would like a select few users to have access to submit requests to PageUp Support. Currently, the majority of our active users have the recruiter dashboard view, which gives them access to the "Support Portal" link (located under the question icon in the top navigation bar). On the Support Portal, users can submit a request directly to PageUp Support. |
