Sourcing reporting impacted by Update to Job Sourcing deployed 19 July 2023

I have no issue to record if a channel was actually LIVE at one point but if a channel is added, does not actually turn on (date opened not reached) then the channel should not turn up in reporting.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Accurate reporting of what sourcing was actually used - the deactivated channel - never used - still turns up in reporting - giving false indication channel was actually used.

You should not have to inspect a job to see if channel was Enabled

    John, previously if we unselected a channel it would disappear from list on sourcing tab

    It would then not turn up in sourcing report - now sourcing report is showing the inactive channel as if it was used

    Hi Mark - The recent change did not impact reporting. Reporting has always reflected this scenario. The change to how things are displayed on the job card make it more obvious.
