Have default 'Tick' allocation in a drop down - Managing Forms

Allow of super user admin to set up already 'Ticked' options within a list of tick box responses. This will allow the employee to leave the default if in agreeance OR untick where necessary.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Within our onboarding new hire form, we'd like to have already ticked items in some tick box response questions. This will signify to an employee the 'most commonly used' OR 'our recommended' responses. Employees will have the ability to either agree and leave response as is OR remove ticks if they wish.
