In a hiring process, interviewers may have alot of applicants being assigned and currently they can view the list of applicants under MY APPLICANTS. Normally, interviewers would search applicant by applicant name and/or number in which the current interface doesn't provide and it discounts the user experience. This is also not configurable by the super users.

We are delighted to let you know that search by applicant name within My Applicants is now available in Beta and will soon be deployed to Live by 8th of January.

To add on, the columns in the my applicants are not able to include Applicant Number, which is a primary key information.
