The ability to export to PDF/Word for email or print just the fields that are relevant to the department users. A preselected template configuration that allows the University to decide which fields to add/remove on this template also - in a usable/attractive summary document.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently at ISU we are in need of giving users "offline" access to Position Descriptions, select fields only, and collecting back wet-signatures to affirm responsibilities. Our compliance office will not accept digital signature or alternative today. Also in this process, minimizing the time spent reviewing PD's for our department users, managers, etc. who may need access to only specific descriptions that may not fit "Team" logic when exporting |
We had a similar request, listed here: https://userfeedback.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PUB-I-1166. We don't have the same wet signature need, but we do have a strong need to have usable Word copies that can be edited.
