In Talent Search. Talent Pool – view all, brings up the list of Talent Pools created. This is incomplete when you have added a new talent pool. I ensured I added a couple of candidates to this pool before bringing up. Having said that it shouldn’t need to have candidates added to it prior in order for it to appear when assigning candidates from a Talent Search into a Talent Pool category. This list should reflect the back end.
There should not be a delay between creating a talent pool in the back end settings, and it appearing as an option in any of the 4 ways possible.
Candidate workflow status update –selecting hiring manager -> ‘move’.
Pop up appears showing a list of talent pool categories. Talent Pool was not appearing yesterday for Panel members. But appears now. So there is a delay in this being available.
As this is feature we want to use straight away after creating, can this functionality be reviewed so there is not a delay.
It needs to be real time for functionality and efficiency.
