Add new bulk action - 'add to Talent Pool' so scenarios where you are solely wanting to add applicants to a talent pool

What business value are you trying to achieve?
I have confirmed with PageUp and unfortunately it is not possible to add a custom option under bulk actions for adding applications to talent pool, so instead the recommended way to add applicants to talent pools from the ‘View Applicants’ screen of PageUp requisitions is through using the ‘Bulk move’ action. |
We, too, would like for PU to consider adding a Bulk action to move applicants within a job onto a Talent Pool. We have users who are involved in the recruitment who may not need access to manage Talent Search, and while we would like for them to be able to add potential candidates to systemwide talent pools, the "bulk assign to talent pool" permission is only available via the Talent Search. It would be ideal to be able to have this bulk action available on the Manage Applications/List View page as we do with other bulk actions.

While the assign to talent pool option is not immediately obvious in the bulk actions list, did you know that you can achieve a similar result by bulk changing status? To do so, configure your recruitment process to show Talent pools against the pertinent application status. This has been designed to encourage prompt candidate status updates whilst still offering the option to move them to a specific talent pool following the status change.
The screenshots below demonstrate how it will work.
