Add Applicant Status/Disposition and Last Disposition Date as fields for reports.
Currently you can only see "No. of Applicants" but we need to understand the current disposition. For example, imagine you have a Disposition field with these statuses: "Waiting for Recruiter Review", "Screened Out by Recruiter", "Selected for Hiring Manager Review", "Screened Out by Hiring Manager", "Selected for Interview"
If we have a report that lets us know which status these are in, we can quickly determine where an issue may be. For example if out of 10 applicants, 9 have a status of "Waiting for Recruiter Review" then we could determine that the recruiters may be overloaded and decide that we need to hire more recruiters. If we see that the majority are in "Selected for Hiring Manager Review" then we could identify that the Hiring Manager is the bottleneck.
Ideally, you could also run a report that allows you to see every disposition change and the datetime that it occurred for every applicant in order to do an analysis of the overall process.

Reports need to drive decisions. By understanding how many applicants for a job are in a particular status helps managers understand where the bottlenecks are in the workflow. PageUp currently does not provide this and as such we are unable to use data easily to improve our processes. |
