What business value are you trying to achieve?
Ability for Referees to be selected for bulk send, so not having to send out reference checks to all referees. You may wish to select just one as part of your initial shortlisting process. |

The ability to trigger some of the referees (e.g. 1st and possibly 2nd) at one point in time and then have the option of doing the balance of the referees further down the recruitment process
