Add Automove rules functionality to Additional Information forms

Add the Rules functionality to the Additional Information Form section so we can set rules based on applicant response to a certain status, if all none of the rules trigger then applicant should flow to the original status. e.g. If Work Rights Request for Documents has been triggered to the applicant, applicant responds they do not have work rights - move applicant to Recruiter Review status instead of Work Rights Returned status.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Automove rules have been created for all of our Initial Application forms (60), which helps send applicants through a defined workflow. e.g. If a user responds that they are medically unfit, they will be dropped in a specific recruitment status to ensure the applicant is reviewed by the recruiter and our internal audit department to ensure the duties of the role they have applied for are in line with any medical condition they have. These automove rules are great, however in the instance that an applicant is manually added to a job, there is no opportunity for them to complete the initial application form, and they are then assigned an Additional Information Form (e.g. Pre Placement Questionnaire) but because their is no Automove rules functionality in the Additional Information Form we are finding applicants slip through the cracks - as they are not able to be reviewed into a specific status on response to a specific question.
