Prevent users from moving applications to specific types of status

What business value are you trying to achieve?
I would like to suggest a feature where Recruitment Status' can be set to 'System Only'. This would prevent users from moving applications into these status', as well as removing the status from the list of statuses available when changing the status of an application (either an individual application, or when bulk updating application status').
This would be useful in preventing applications incorrectly being moved into statuses that should only occur after a system task has been triggered, such as a Background Check being completed.

Application statuses can be configured to be in read-only mode which means users will still have visibility of the applications but not be able in or out of certain statuses.
