Document - Replace document - User permissions

Allow Replace document as a permission item so I can allow people who are NOT Super users to be able to replace documents that they can actually load

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Allow my Regional Administrators the ability to Replace documents

    If I can allow permission to load a document I should be able to have a permission to let them replace a document

    Otherwise they need to delete, upload and redo all document settings with potential mistakes
