Reduce the delay of updated data showing in a report

There appears to be currently a significant delay between updating something in the learning module and it reflecting in reports. Need to reduce the delay in order to get accurate reporting.

Apply drill-down as a setting per dashboard.

To be able to turn Drill-down settings on per dashboard. This way if a user has dashboards shared and one you want a drill-down and another you dont you can apply this setting per dashboard when appropriate.
