Currently we face a number of issues based off the fact we cannot report on when a job was released to a specific agency. We are unable to measure the success of our agency partners effectively due to this, because we cannot measure their time to fill.
My idea is to develop the ability for the system to create a timestamp for the time that an individual agency has a job released to them. This would be different from currently where you can get the timestamp of when an Agency Sourcing Channel is opened, it does not take into account each individual agency listen on that sourcing channel.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This will greatly improve our ability to measure the success of our agency partners and allow us to get greater ROI. It also helps in measuring our DEI initiatives that we engage agency partners to assist with. |
