Reference check should have a "save" function

Prevent PageUp Users from being able to over-book timeslots

Currently, when booking to an Event's timeslots, PageUp will list ALL timeslots associated with the event, even if they are filled. If the timeslot is already filled, it colors the text for that timeslot red. I recommend that the fully-booked time...
