Default Hyperlinks in Adverts to Open in New Window

Instead of the default value for Target set at 'None' then it would be good if the default value was 'New window'.

Ability to batch add departmental onboarding tasks

Right now, favorite tasks are used by departments to customize the onboarding experience. It can be time consuming to add favorite tasks/plans to each individual hire. It would be nice to batch add favorite tasks for all new hires at once.
