To add permissions to Quick Search to maintain applicant confidentiality

The Quick Search provides access to all applicants. PageUp recommended to only enable Quick Search for users who should be able to access any applicant/application.

In our instance of PageUp, all of our teams are separate entities, so we have separate permission groups set up so that they can only view jobs, applicants and applications from their team. This enables us to maintain applicant confidentiality and privacy of the applicant data. As users can currently search for an applicant using Quick Search that has not applied for a job within their team, this is a breach of our applicant confidentiality and privacy.

The Quick Search function is extremely beneficial to all our recruiters in all the teams for streamlining their processes. Turning this off would greatly impact their functionality.

I note that the Advanced Applicant Search section has a permission that states 'Return applicants from my teams jobs only'.

I would like the Quick Search function to have permissions applied to it to allow us to restrict the results to only jobs, applicants and applications from their team. This would eliminate any privacy and confidentiality concerns.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Adding permissions so that teams can only search for applicants and applications who have applied for jobs within their team via Quick Search
