Import file requires unique values for Business Level 4- even when a different Business Level 3 is present

Allow non unique Business level 4 values if the corresponding parent BL3 value is different. Currently, the BL3 and BL4 are on the same line on the file and should be able to see the combination of BL3 and BL4 (parent and child record) as unique. Otherwise, jobs/positions will reflect the wrong BL4 description when it is not the first record on the import.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Our import file from HRIS to PageUp has non-unique BL4 values, but different BL4 descriptions. In our case it is a numeric department code. This number is unique when references with the (parent) BL3 value. For example, BL3 is A, and BL4 is 123 (description is IT), but BL3 could be B and BL4 is also 123 (description is HR). This causes problems as the import will only process the first unique BL4 record. Any positions/jobs with the second BL4 record will incorrectly show the first BL4 description on the job/position. The BL4 description will show IT on all position/job records with 123 regardless of the BL3 parent record.
