Having the ability to view email address of selected user on offer approvals would serve as a visual validation that the correct user was selected. This includes anyone selected on the lEscalationProvider field and users selected as part of the offer approval workflow. This would useful in cases where there is a user with a common name where having the email address would serve as a secondary check to confirm the correct user was selected.
