Allow to option to information in a table format

User should be able to choose to format Information in table, so that it looks more organised and becomes easier for both user and applicant to understand.

example:

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

All information e.g. choices/ text fields/ calculation results from rate calculator, are displayed one by one vertically. This is not only difficult to see but also confusing to read somtimes.
