Mandate option in approval chain for offer card

If there was an option for this to be mandated, it wouldn't happen.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Often we find offers sit without anyone being notified as the approval chain has dropped off or not completed correctly. If there was an option for this to be mandated, it wouldn't happen

    Hi Stephanie, there is a recently added setting in Recruitment processes called 'Require completed offer approval before online offer can be made'. I think this might be what you are looking for? This setting can be enabled on each recruitment process - its access by editing the recruitment process and is an option near the top of the screen.
