Merge field Date format


Please revise the merge field for start date to the format: month day, year or allow customer to choose format they prefer. Right now, it is day, month year.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Need US format to reduce manual edits required in our communication process from Page Up.

    Hi Amy, which merge field's are currently not supporting date formats correctly? Many fields currently display in the correct format per region, so if you let us know the outliers, it would be much appreciated.

    Are these inconsistent date merge field formats apparent only in specific areas of the system, such as the offer template, communications, onboarding, etc., or are they present in all areas?

    PageUp Merge field should be customizable so user can convert choice fields from Job card/offer card to add in as Merge field to use in communication.
