When from field is customized, honor the customization.
If the concern is an email approval requires the mailmatcher info in the from field, then , then give the option to allow or disallow email approval, and based on such selection, to then allow or disallow customization of the from field.
Our campus do not want to use email approval. Although the system cannot turn off this function, we removed instructions in our email body, and customized the from field so any inquiries can be send back to HR office. However, when mailmatcher email is displayed in users' inbox, instead of the customized on we provided, it confused end users and many reported it as spam.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently, when choosing the customize job approval email, user is given the option to customize the "from" field, and the email body. However, when a pending approval email was generated, the customization in the field field is not used. Instead a mailmatcher email is hard coded to populate the from field regardless of the customization. |
