Recruitment Process - Interview Combination

Event type has to be selected when creating an event. All types of events should be available to any recruitment process. Please stop making it mandatory to make one event type in Recruitment Processes.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Allowing managers to use onsite interview and zoom interviews interchangeably without having to create new recruitment processes for each application type.
