When editing an approver - provide the option to include a Note that can then be recorded on the Notes tab and injected into the reallocation message
This will make it clearer to the previous Approver why they no longer need to be involved

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
currently an email goes to the previous approver saying they no longer need to approve the position and it has been reallocated to someone else I would like top reduce the confusion for this person about why the approval process was edited to take them out of it |
