Please change the text for the applicant history item of "Paperwork Received"

I would like to be able to change the text for the applicant history to show onboarding started or another term as all onboarding paperwork has not been received.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When an applicant completes an initial new hire form, the text in the applicant history notes "paperwork received" even if the onboarding has not started. This is confusing to onboarding delegates and those looking at the history.
