set up an Interview declined System template that allows the applicants comments to be emailed to the people involved with the recruitment process.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
advise the people involved with the recruitment process when someone declines an interview currently the reason is stored in the application notes it is not sent to the people involved as an email I can write a Decline Interview status message to Users (Additional Users) but there is no way to insert the decline text written by the applicant. |
