Allow both Search Committee Member and Hiring Manager Proxy to be recorded on the job card revision history depending upon the role of the user that made the changes.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Data integrity. The system will indicate the appropriate role of the party that made changes. It is confusing to have the system allow both roles but record changes using a single role as a catchall.
