Being able to upload your own icons in the flag area specific to our own organisation.
Flags specific to education for us would be a great success as we would use existing icons that all our principals are already used to. They have so much to contend with currently that these small things where we can make things easier for them would be amazing.
Its not like you have to supply the icon, just provide the ability to upload a picture / icon to replace those if required.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Many businesses have icons that they use on a regular basis, specific to their own industry. e.g no matter how hard you try when someone sees the colours red, amber and green (as in bulk move area) they naturally say green for those you are going to move ahead to interview, amber for those on hold for the moment and red, for those who are not moving forward (unsuccessful). We associate icons in the same manner. So using icons for FLAGS that are used in your own industry would be a game changer. We have 45 schools all trying to learn a new icon for something which we already have one for and they are not entirely happy with this. Being able to give them something which they can relate to woudl be very benificial, both for them and your softwares companies reputation. |
