Allow additional field options to be added to the sourcing page

Allow this to be configurable and not hard coded.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Add an additional field to the sourcing page so that we are able to display this in advertisements and filter.
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to add these options to the sourcing page as these are hard-coded in the system to allow only specific data to be integrated into the sourcing channels.
