It would be wonderful and much easier if
Phone screen form would be global available to see from Candidate card OR
It was possible to copy/attach the same phone screen from one application to the other OR
It was possible to share the Phone Screen form to other users to see.
Overall, it would be great if all forms were global and accessible between hiring managers.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Our business has many geographic locations with different hiring managers in each location. We only allow managers to see the candidates that have been phone screened. A lot of times, candidates apply to more than one location, which are in the same area. Only after speaking to them, we can decide which location suits them best. But at that point, the phone screen is already attached to only the first application. If after this phone screen we decide that the candidate is more suitable for the second application/location, the second location Hiring Manager will not see that application, and hence the Phone Screen. So currently, we have to download the phone screen PDF, attach it to the new application or to straight email it to the HM. |
