Unsuccessful reason merge field in applicant email

Add application reason slect list options as a merge field in Application status emails. This would be used in any unsuccessful status so the applican t can see the reason they were not selected.

Right now the HRBP's, Recruiters etc need to type in the reason each time and when there are hundreds of applicants this is very time consuming

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Keeing applicants informed of where they are in the recruitment process and addiitonal transparency as why they were made unuccessful
