When our recruiters are looking at the applicant profile, applications page it is difficult for them to differentiate easily which campus the application is for. All our campuses are live on PageUp and it is becoming increasingly difficult for recruiters to easily tell the difference between the applications for their campus and other campuses.
We attempted to remove "view other users applications" but that permission also has implications to the applicant history section that are show stoppers for us. Rather than editing our permissions or manipulating them, which we have tried with no success. We would like to request that the site field be added to the applicant profile applications listing so it is easier for the recruiters to tell which application applies to their campus.
Applicants typically apply to similar jobs at different campuses, and right now all you see if the working title. Working titles across campuses can seem very similar and it is very easy to accidentally select another campus (sites) applications on accident.
Yes, it is visible if you click on the little "i" like you are suggesting. It would still be beneficial for us to have the site listed as suggested. The longer we are live (only 2 years so far), each applicant has MANY (10+) applications since we have so many campuses in our system (23). It would take time to click the little "i" on each job to make sure you have the right campus every time you are interacting with an applicant.
It is definitely a helpful suggestion though!
Hi Tammy,
Just trying to make sure I understand where you are talking about.
Is it in the Applicant card where the list of applications are? ie. Here
If you click the "i" button next to the Job number / title it should show the site in the details.
If this what you are after, or is it something else you are referring to?
Regards,
Brad
If the site field doesn't work, we could also be open to the highest level of our hierarchy to be populated. Level 1 is the campus.
