This would be beneficial to keep additional users aware when an applicant is moved to applicant status tied to the system status of NEW, SUBMITTED or WITHDRAWN, especially when they withdraw from a job. Currently the application status allows for additional users to be configured under the Communication setting, but this functionality is not supported.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Would like for Additional Users (when configured on the application status) to receive communications against the application status that is tied to the system status of NEW, SUBMITTED or WITHDRAWN. |

Status "Submitted" - very rare for an applicant to be stuck in this status - I use a report to detect "stuck" applicants
