In Reports - link to the actual ID of the report items
e.g. New Starter form name is "Internal Existing Employee form" - but the FormID=713
ideally the name of the item should appear in the report along with the system ID
if the ID is update the report should automatically pick up the new name of the item in the filters and run with the new name.

Items can be updated e.g. New Starter form names If you have a report that is looking for a specific form name that report will fail as that item is no longer named that way |
