What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
In the email notification "Learning approved (to employee)", we need to include a message "Your enrollment has been approved by <Full Name of Approver>". {MANAGERLASTNAME} could be inserted in our email template but it merged incorrect last names of approvers especially when used on multi level approvals. It is a very common practice to show the full name of approvers in email notifications and we don't understand why the first name & preferred name of approvers could be supported but not the last name. |
